Our staff is available to promptly discuss and resolve any concerns you may have about Sunny Ridge Family Center or the services you receive. We realize that from time to time, some concerns may need the assistance of a supervisor or program director. And in the event your concerns cannot be resolved by the supervisor or program director you may wish to file a verbal or written complaint. Our Client/Consumer Complaint Policy and Procedure, available here for your reference, was established to assist you and assure a prompt response and speedy resolution to your concern. We also provide each of our clients with a copy of the Consumer/Client Policy and Procedure at their initial meeting with staff, along with the name and telephone number of management staff responsible for handling these issues at Sunny Ridge Family Center. |
